The flu vaccination team will be in school on Monday 16th September to give nasal flu vaccines to children from Reception to Year 6.
The flu immunisation team require that all parents respond to the letter below and go to the link on the letter to log their consent or non consent to the vaccine.
Once you have clicked into the link on the letter, you will be asked for a school code.
